I’ve got knots in my hair and knots in my stomach, both thanks to you but for very different reasons. I pretend not to care or act like I’m above it, but it’s hard to face the truth when you know all my demons.
Why State Champs?
These guys are able to go from a heavy sound to acoustic easily. Their sound is unique to their genre. I’m always singing, tapping my foot, or nodding along when I listen to State Champs. It is always evident on stage that they are super passionate about what they do. I love their lyrics because I can relate to them easily. & who doesn’t love a band who sounds so good acoustic!?
So where to begin… I can start with talking a little bit about myself and what I plan to do with this blog. As my bio says, I love music. It’s helped me in the darkest of times and made the good times so much sweeter. My taste is extremely broad. I love the Beatles, Metallica, Bruno Mars, Front Porch Step, Chiodos, Jimi Hendrix. The list goes on and on.
My main purpose for this blog is to showcase artists and bands. There are so many artists out there that tell so many stories that people can relate to! My hope is to introduce you to new music that can help you through anything you’re going through whether it’s as deep as someone passing away or as nerve-wracking as a job interview.
As of now I plan to post weekly but this could change depending on the public reaction I receive. If you guys have any artist or band you’d like to have featured let me know! I am super excited to be doing this and I really hope you like it!
